Values that guide how I work
I combine more than 20 years of operational leadership with extensive governance and professional leadership experience. I've led a national professional body through regulatory reform and ministerial scrutiny, built and transformed large professional teams, chaired charity and advisory boards, and worked on risk, insurance, technology and organisational change.
That gives me an unusual perspective: I understand both the decisions boards and leaders need to make, and the practical reality of putting them into action.
I'm based in Harare, Zimbabwe, where I work with law firms and professional organisations to better serve their clients, their colleagues and their culture.

Integrity
I hold myself to the highest ethical standards. When leading governance reforms under ministerial scrutiny, I embedded transparency and accountability that restored trust in institutions.
Integrity is not only a principle I expect from others; it is how I work every day.
Service
I see governance as stewardship — serving organisations, their people, and their purpose. In trustee and leadership roles, I have strengthened reporting frameworks to ensure decisions truly serve the public good.
Service is the measure by which I judge every decision.
Compassion
I believe governance must recognise the human side of leadership. I have safeguarded vulnerable service users, supported wellbeing initiatives, and championed inclusion so that governance reflects the people it impacts.
Compassion ensures that governance never loses sight of its human purpose.
Empowerment
Organisations succeed when people are confident and equipped to act. I have empowered leaders through constructive challenge, clear reporting, and mentoring that builds capability as well as outcomes.
Empowerment is the legacy I aim to leave with every organisation with which I work.
